PLEASE understand we are a small business and this policy is to protect our business and keep the label thriving.
We want you to be as thrilled with your only one ashley purchase as we are in creating it for you. If, however, you are not happy with your purchase or want to swap for a different size, we offer a store credit within 10 days of receiving your order, no refunds. Pre order cancellations will be credited as pre orders are made with accordingly in some instances,

No refund or credits on sales items….
please note made to order/custom garments can not be returned. We are a small business and to fill a made to order, order means a team member spends time to strictly get your garment ready for you. As it is made only for you so it’s not a restock-able garment.
If garments are returned and have been worn, postage will need to be paid to have garment returned back to you!!
International shipping: We are not responsible for any fees that occur in your country. Any taxes, duties or custom fees will be your responsibility to pay. Please be across your countries fees and laws prior to ordering.
Returned goods to avoid these fees or non faulty return will incur a cost, to cover our handling and administration. Please also beware we only need to refund upon a faulty garment, so you will need to email us for further information prior to returning your garment.
