This two piece combo is made from a medium weight scuba crepe. The detachable collar is trimmed with lace and layered again for a 3d effect. There is the littlest peep hole at the back for the little  bit of cuteness to show. Yes the collar is removable, so you can change up your look or add your own necklace to change the look.
